Social media marketing strategy for non-profit
Talk to usOur client, a national nonprofit organization leading the charge for service, advocacy and social change for people with disabilities, came to us for assistance in completing a comprehensive social media audit and developing a social media marketing strategy work plan. They were looking to identify areas of opportunity and improvement in their current social media efforts as well as devising a more strategic approach to their social media marketing.
In Phase 1 of this project, we completed a comprehensive social media audit of our clients Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn profiles. We highlighted areas for improvement and identified opportunities to increase reach, engagement and actions via social media. In Phase 2, we outlined a Social Media Marketing Strategy Work Plan that included specific strategies per platform, a social media editorial calendar, content recommendations and a complete implementation plan. Upon activation of the strategic work plan, our client has realized significant increases across all social channels in terms of reach, engagement and actioons and is able to better communicate to their audiences with relevant, timely and socially engaging content.
